Date limite de candidature:1 September 2016

The telencephalic dopaminergic neurons of the zebrafish brain are suspected to be the functional equivalent of the mesencephalic dopaminergic neurons, involved in the physiopathology of parkinson’s disease in humans. The project is to characterize the phenotype of these cells and its plasticity upon changes in neuronal activity. The project will allow the student to practice multiple methods combining histology/anatomy, electrophysiology and behavioral analysis in a stimulating scientific environment.
