Research Higlight: Serotonin Receptor 5-HT2B
ENP group leader Luc Maroteaux and his team continue to make headway on understanding serotonin receptor 5-HT2B. They studied the N-terminal region of the receptor and discovered that it appears to play an important role as a negative modulator. They found that the N-terminus acts as a negative control over the 5-HT2B receptor’s activation.
