On April 3d, Prof. Hugues de Thé and the Scientific Committee of the Fondation Bettencourt Schueller selected the recipients of the 2016 scientific prizes. Thierry Galli, Director of the Centre de recherche en Psychiatrie et Neurosciences (UMR 894), leader of the team Membrane Traffic in Health and Pathology at the Institut Jacques Monod, received the Prix Coup d'Elan pour la Recherche from the Fondation Bettencourt Schueller. This award will be presented at one of the two official ceremonies in November.  

The 2016 scientific awards of the Fondation Bettencourt Schueller recognizes freedom and diversity in biomedical research strategies.
